We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion. We may request the return of the original item.
Orders Damaged, Lost, or Stolen in Transit
To protect your order from damage, loss, or theft during shipping, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout.
If you selected Route insurance with your order:
- File a claim directly through Route’s online portal: [Insert Route Claim Link or say “See your order confirmation email for the link”]
- Route will process your claim quickly and provide a resolution (refund or replacement) based on their terms.
If Route was not selected, TalaDerma is not responsible for orders lost or stolen in transit, or marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received.
