Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Processing Times
Orders with TalaBoost™ Professional Boosters:
- Boosters are temperature-sensitive. To protect product integrity, these orders ship Monday through Wednesday only.
- They are fulfilled within 1–2 business days and shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air with a cold pack.
All other orders (Ampoules, Biome Restore Oil, etc.):
- Fulfilled within 1–2 business days and shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- All orders are shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air.
- Boosters include cold pack protection.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $500 for professional/wholesale accounts.
- For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level.
Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend protecting your order in the event of loss, damage, or theft in transit.
All orders are automatically insured unless you opt out at checkout.
Note: TalaDerma is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. Please file a claim directly with the carrier if this occurs.
Optional Package Protection with Route
We offer Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your order from loss, theft, or damage in transit.
If your insured order experiences an issue, you can file a claim directly through Route’s easy-to-use portal for quick resolution.
Simply select the Route protection option when checking out.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
